At FeedYourGeek.store, we sell a mix of new and pre-owned gaming products including video games, consoles, accessories, and collectibles. Due to the nature of this merchandise, we do not offer cash refunds.

Store Credit Only

All approved returns are issued store credit only.
Store credit has no cash value and can be used toward future purchases on our store.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Repair or Replacement

If an item arrives defective, we offer repair or replacement within 14 days of purchase, depending on availability.

Customers must contact us within the 14-day window and provide photos or video showing the issue.

If a replacement is not available, store credit will be issued.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for store credit or replacement:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included when applicable

  • Original packaging should be included when possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Items marked For Parts / As-Is

Pre-Owned Items

Many items sold on FeedYourGeek.store are pre-owned or used. Cosmetic wear may be present. Product descriptions will indicate the condition of the item.

Returns will not be accepted for cosmetic condition issues that were described in the listing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
